Unfortunately, the software doesn't allow you to use the Cyrillic characters, but you can try Google Input Tools. Navigate to the official web page, check the box next to Russian and/or Serbian and then press the blue Download button. Save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen steps. After that, navigate to Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Religion and Language, open the Keyboards and Languages tab and then press Change keyboards. Press Language bar, check the box next to Docked in the taskbar, click Apply and then OK. Next, you need to press the EN button from System Tray and to select RU or SR:
I have been using EPSON Print CD v2.00.00A for ages and it works great. The other day was all fine. I printed some labels and I shut down the computer. Next day, I started the PC and I went to do a label. I clicked "Picture" as usual and then it says "Incorrect Parameters". Then, it goes to my folder, but won't bring up the pictures. I changed nothing. How can I fix it?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and click Uninstall. Reboot your PC, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the software again. Also, I recommend you update your printer drivers. If the problem is not solved, you will need to contact Epson.
